District and Program Calendars. XXXXX and the Employer shall negotiate all district calendars. Those calendars that span a 12-month period (July 1 - June 30) are noted in a- c below. Calendars for all other Employees shall include 186 days at 7 hours per day, not inclusive of a 30-minute duty-free lunch.
