CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS, DISTRICT STANDARDS. DIVISION OF THE STATE ARCHITECT 1. Inspector of Record Class I - $155/hour (Fully loaded rate) a. Inspector of Record Class I – Overtime rate is one and one-half the hourly rate and is charged in the following circumstances. i. After 40 hours of work per week ii. Weekends iii. Hours between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. b. Inspector of Record Class I – Double time rate is charged on the following holidays: i. New Year’s Day ii. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Day iii. President’s Day iv. Memorial Day v. Juneteenth vi. Independence Day vii. Labor Day viii. Veterans’ Day ix. Thanksgiving Day x. Christmas Day 2. Inspector of Record Class II - $135/hour (Fully loaded rate) a. Inspector of Record Class II – Overtime rate is one and one-half the hourly rate and is charged in the following circumstances: i. After 40 hours of work per week ii. Weekends iii.   • Dress Code CONTRACTOR shall maintain a dress code for their employee’s with a minimum of shirts, pants, and work shoes/boots, in decent condition, at all times while the work is being performed. In the event the COUNTY determines ID badges are necessary, the COUNTY will provide CONTRACTOR with ID badges and CONTRACTOR agrees to enforce that its employees, whether employed by CONTRACTOR or a subcontractor, wear such ID badge while working on site for the Project/Service.
