Optimum use of this state data management and reporting system will be the Subrecipients responsibility, ensuring that all registered WIOA customers are tracked and reported. Timely data entry is required and must be entered within five (5) business days after the date of any individual activity. The Subrecipient will be responsible for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of processes used to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data regarding EDD’s CalJOBS System. The County will conduct ongoing monitoring to evaluate the Subrecipients use of CalJOBS. Failure to comply with the required use will result in corrective action and may result in revocation of CalJOBS access and contract termination.
