Common use of Call Back From Vacation Clause in Contracts

Call Back From Vacation. a) Employees who have commenced their vacation shall not be called back to work, except by mutual agreement between the employee and the Employer, in which case the period of postponed vacation shall be rescheduled to a time mutually agreed by the Employer and the employee. b) In the event that an employee is called back to work from a vacation the Employer will reimburse the employee for any direct cost incurred as a result of the call back.
