Call Back Pay GuaranteeAn employee who is called back to work outside the employee’s regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at overtime rates. The employee shall be paid from the time the employee leaves home to report for duty until the time the employee arrives back upon proceeding directly from work.
