Call Back Pay Guarantee. An employee who is called back to work outside the employee’s regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at overtime rates. The employee shall be paid from the time the employee leaves home to report for duty until the time the employee arrives back upon proceeding directly from work.
Call Back Pay Guarantee. An employee who is called out to work, outside his normal working hours, shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at overtime rates.
Call Back Pay Guarantee. (a) An employee who is called back to work outside his regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates.
(b) In the event the authorized supervisor telephones an employee for information on an emergency, one (1) hour at overtime rates shall be paid, provided the call is properly verified by the supervisor involved.
(c) For the purpose of call-back, it is agreed that a day starts and ends at midnight and that call-outs shall be recorded on the actual day of the call-out.
Call Back Pay Guarantee. 12.01 An Employee who is called back to work outside the Employee's regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates whenever there is a break between the Employee's regularly scheduled hours of work and the work the Employee is called back to do.
12.02 When a call back forms a continuous period with the Employee's normal hours of work, the Employee's normal hours of work shall not be reduced as a result of the call back.
12.03 The call back of Employees shall be done in a fair and equitable manner wherever possible, taking into account Employee availability, qualifications, and skills.
Call Back Pay Guarantee. An Employee who has left work at the required quitting time and who is recalled to work shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours pay at the Employee’s appropriate rate.
Call Back Pay Guarantee a) A full-time employee designated to be on stand-by who has completed his regular shift and has left the Home and who is called back to work will be paid one and one-half (1½) times his straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on the call-back with a minimum of four (4) hours at his regular rate of pay or at time and one-half (1½) for the hours actually worked, whichever is greater, from the time he leaves his home to report for duty.
b) A part-time employee shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours work.
Call Back Pay Guarantee. A unit member called to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate as provided in this Agreement. A unit member is considered to be in "call back" status if he/she has completed his/her regular assignment, has left the worksite, and has returned to work as a result of direction received from an appropriate supervisor subsequent to leaving the work site.
Call Back Pay Guarantee. An employee who is required to return to work after the completion of her regular work hours shall be compensated at her regular straight time hourly rate for hours so worked for a minimum of three (3) hours.
Call Back Pay Guarantee. When an Employee who has completed his/her normal hours of work and has left the Employer's premises, is required to return to perform additional work, such Employee shall be paid for all hours worked, but shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at the appropriate rate. At the option of the Employee, the Employee shall be entitled to equivalent time off in accordance with Article 17.01 (a) (ii).
Call Back Pay Guarantee. (a) A call-out of an employee by a supervisor to work after he or she has left the workplace shall be paid at a minimum of four (4) hours at straight time or for the hours actually worked at time and one-half whichever is greater.
(b) If an employee, before leaving work at the end of his regular shift, is asked to perform overtime, he or she shall be paid at a rate of time and one-half if he or she is asked to return at a time which is four (4) hours or less after quitting time.
