Call Back Pay Guarantee. 12.01 An Employee who is called back to work outside the Employee's regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates whenever there is a break between the Employee's regularly scheduled hours of work and the work the Employee is called back to do.
