Call Back Pay Guarantee. (a) An employee who is called back to work outside his regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates. (b) In the event the authorized supervisor telephones an employee for information on an emergency, one (1) hour at overtime rates shall be paid, provided the call is properly verified by the supervisor involved. (c) For the purpose of call-back, it is agreed that a day starts and ends at midnight and that call-outs shall be recorded on the actual day of the call-out.
