Call Back Pay Guarantee. a) A full-time employee designated to be on stand-by who has completed his regular shift and has left the Home and who is called back to work will be paid one and one-half (1½) times his straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on the call-back with a minimum of four (4) hours at his regular rate of pay or at time and one-half (1½) for the hours actually worked, whichever is greater, from the time he leaves his home to report for duty. b) A part-time employee shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours work.
