Call Back Pay Guarantee. 12.01 An Employee who is called back to work outside the Employee's regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates whenever there is a break between the Employee's regularly scheduled hours of work and the work the Employee is called back to do. 12.02 When a call back forms a continuous period with the Employee's normal hours of work, the Employee's normal hours of work shall not be reduced as a result of the call back. 12.03 The call back of Employees shall be done in a fair and equitable manner wherever possible, taking into account Employee availability, qualifications, and skills.
