CALL-IN - STATUTORY REQUIREMENT. Any employee (except those covered by Article 8.08) reporting for work at the call of the Employer, shall be paid their regular rate of pay for the entire period spent at the Employer's place of business, with a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at their regular rate of pay if they does not commence work and a minimum of four (4) hours' pay at their regular rate if they commences work.
