Common use of Call Out / Recall Clause in Contracts

Call Out / Recall. When an employee is recalled to work after leaving the job: a) The employee shall be paid for at least three (3) hours at overtime rates. b) Time reasonably spent in getting to and from work shall be counted as time worked. The Employer may require the recalled employee to carry out additional duties beyond the initial reason for the recall.
