Call Substitutes Sample Clauses

The Call Substitutes clause allows a party, typically an employer or event organizer, to request replacement personnel or participants when the originally assigned individuals are unavailable or unable to perform their duties. In practice, this clause outlines the process for notifying the relevant party, the qualifications required for substitutes, and any timeframes or approval procedures that must be followed.
