CALL TRACE. 11.1 CLEC end user’s activation of Call Trace shall be handled by the AT&T OKLAHOMA Call Trace Center (CTC). AT&T OKLAHOMA shall notify CLEC of requests by its end users to provide the call records to the proper authorities. Subsequent communications and resolution of the case with CLEC’s end users (whether that end user is the victim or the suspect) will be coordinated through CLEC. 11.2 CLEC understands that for services where reports are provided to law enforcement agencies (e.g., Call Trace) only billing number and address information will be provided. It will be CLEC’s responsibility to provide additional information necessary for any police investigation. CLEC will indemnify AT&T OKLAHOMA against any claims that insufficient information led to inadequate prosecution.

CALL TRACE. By dialing the Call Trace activation code, Customer can initiate a trace of a phone call without having to obtain legal authorization or assistance from CenturyLink. The results of the trace will be made available only to an authorized law enforcement agency. Call Trace will be billed on a per usage basis.
CALL TRACE. A CLEC end user’s activation of Call Trace for a line purchased under this Agreement shall be handled by the PACIFIC Annoyance Call Bureau (ACB). Certain types of service do not work with Call Trace (see CLEC Handbook, sec. 103.3.5.1.7.2 for excluded products and services). Call Trace allows the End User to dial a code to automatically request that the caller’s originating number, date and time of call, and date and time of end user initiation of Call Trace be recorded. The PACIFIC ACB retrieves and distributes the Call Trace information. The end user must report the annoyance calls to his/her local law enforcement agency. The PACIFIC ACB does not give the information from the calls to either the CLEC or end user.
CALL TRACE. An LSP end user's activation of Call Trace for a line purchased under this Appendix, shall be handled by the SWBT Call Trace Center (CTC). SWBT shall notify LSP of requests by LSP's end users to provide the call records to the proper authorities. Subsequent communication and resolution of the case with LSP's end user (whether that end user is the victim or the suspect) will be coordinated through LSP. LSP understands that for services where reports are provided to law enforcement agencies (e.g., Call Trace) SWBT shall only provide billing number and address information. LSP shall provide additional information necessary for any police investigation. LSP shall indemnify SWBT against any claims that insufficient information led to inadequate prosecution, except to the extent caused by SWBT's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

As described in GSM 12.08: The trace facility enables customer administration and network management to trace the activities of various entities when specific events occur within the PLMN. This facility should also enable the tracing of all the information that is available to the PLMN concerning the call path used by the associated entity.

Page 68 of 396 21.1 CLEC may offer to resell Customer Initiated Suspension and Restoral Service to their customers. CLEC may also provide a Company Initiated Suspension service for their own purposes. Should CLEC choose to suspend their end user through Company Initiated Suspension Service, this suspension period shall not exceed fifteen (15) calendar days. If CLEC issues a disconnect on their end user account within the fifteen (15) day period, appropriate services will not be billed for the suspension period. However, should CLEC issue a disconnect after the fifteen (15) day suspension period, CLEC will be responsible for all appropriate charge on the account back to the suspension date. Should CLEC restore their end user, restoral charges will apply and CLEC will be billedfor the appropriate service from the time of suspension.
CALL TRACE. ELEPHANT TALK must have a call trace tool to obtain necessary information to solve and/or report faults appeared in the Host MNO interconnection and/or to report them in the incidence was in the access network. The usage of this tool should not affect the service in any case.
