Campus Program Policies. If this Schedule is executed after July 1 of any year, the first Academic Year will be considered the period from the Effective Date through June 30 of the following calendar year. Other than as set forth in Section 8.7(a), the Customer agrees that it will not include any restrictions in the Campus Program policies (e.g., transactions surcharges, minimum amounts, etc.) on transactions with Campus Cash Merchants without the prior consent of Transact.
