Cancellation by Xxxxx. 1.2.1 Mecan shall have the discretion to cancel the Transaction at any time where it deems it necessary, if:
Cancellation by Xxxxx. If Xxxxx terminates unilaterally this agreement for convenience before the exhibition, Xxxxx shall reimburse all amounts paid by the company to Swift under this agreement. This will be the sole and exclusive right and remedy of the company in this respect. For the avoidance of doubt, in any of the termination cases in this section 12, the company will have no right to complimentary passes nor any other remedies besides those specifically listed in this agreement.
Cancellation by Xxxxx. 18.1 If the Hirer wishes to cancel the hiring, in whole or in part, the Hirer must give to the School notice to that effect.
Cancellation by Xxxxx. 1.3.1 After Order Confirmed Once the Order has been confirmed in accordance with Clause 8.1.2, any cancellation will require the Seller’s approval, subject always to the terms of this Agreement.
Cancellation by Xxxxx. In the event of a cancellation, the following process and charges apply.
Cancellation by Xxxxx. 27.1. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the hiring in whole or in part the Hirer must give to the Guild Hall notice to that effect.
Cancellation by Xxxxx. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking before the date of the event, the question of the payment or the repayment of the fee and any advance booking deposit shall be at the discretion of NHMC.
Cancellation by Xxxxx. Cancellation of a booking by any hirer must be notified at least 24 hours in advance by emailing xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx.xx or sending a text message to 07384 782404 For hirers on monthly payment terms there is no charge for cancellation if the hirer has provided advance notification. If the hirer does not notify cancellation in advance the hire will be invoiced and due for payment under normal payment terms. For hirers on payment in advance terms, The Village Hall will either (a) negotiate an alternative date or (b) reimburse 50% of the hire charge paid, provided (in both cases) the hirer has provided at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Cancellation by Xxxxx. In the event that the Hirer cancels the Hire Agreement the following conditions shall apply:
