Cancellation by Xxxxx. 1.2.1 Mecan shall have the discretion to cancel the Transaction at any time where it deems it necessary, if:
Cancellation by Xxxxx. If Xxxxx terminates unilaterally this agreement for convenience before the exhibition, Xxxxx shall reimburse all amounts paid by the company to Swift under this agreement. This will be the sole and exclusive right and remedy of the company in this respect. For the avoidance of doubt, in any of the termination cases in this section 12, the company will have no right to complimentary passes nor any other remedies besides those specifically listed in this agreement.

Cancellation by Xxxxx. 6.1 If the Hirer cancels a booking and/or terminates this Agreement, the Hirer must do so in writing and any non- cancellable Function costs or costs already incurred, must be paid by the Hirer.
