Cancellation of Booking. Any cancellation of a booking shall be made in writing by email at least one month prior to the Hire/Booking date. Please note verbal cancellation will not be accepted. Cancellation charges are as follows: 1 month – 10% of applicable Bond amount Less than 3 weeks and prior to 2 weeks – 15% of applicable Bond amount Less than 2 weeks and prior to 1 week – 20% of applicable Bond amount Less than 1 week prior to 24 hours – 50% of applicable Bond amount Within 24 hours – 100% of applicable Bond amount Any non-use of the booked hire rooms/halls must be notified 1 week prior. Hirers will be required to pay normal agreed hire amount if cancellation is received within 7 days of agreed booked hire times.

Cancellation of Booking. 1. Without prejudice to any other rights Breakout may have under the Terms of Use, Breakout shall have the right to cancel your online game session without any liability on Breakout in the event that a. you or any of your team members is late; b. the minimum number of players required for the game are not met; c. you or any of your team members does not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions of Services; or d. you do not comply with any of these Booking Rules and/or the provisions contained in the Terms of Use.

Debt collection process). 7.1.1 Northside requires a minimum of 30 days written notice (email acceptable) to cancel any booking and;  Cancellations received with less than 30 days’ notice of the intended date of hire, will incur 100% of the hire charges.  Cancellations received with greater than 30 days’ notice will incur a charge equivalent to 25% of the hire charge.

Cancellation of Booking. It is to be noted that the facility has been booked specifically for your use on the day and time agreed to by this contract, and you will be invoiced for the same. • Two weeks’ notice MUST be given prior to cancellation of any function. • If notice is not given, 25 % will be deducted from the invoiced (rental) amount deposited. Fees may be charged for the hire of facilities and resources and to cover the costs associated with their use, including power consumption, water, cleaning, insurance, administration, additional wear and tear and the use of specific items of equipment. As a minimum requirement, fees should at least meet the additional recurrent operating costs incurred through use of the facilities and resources; the hire price is subject to change depending on the current prevailing market price.
Cancellation of Booking. You may be able to cancel your booking until (1) day before your scheduled pick- up date and receive a full refund of the booking payment you made. If you cancel on the same day of your scheduled pick-up, you will be charged for (1) day. If you cancel on any other day during your booking, you will be charged for the number of days passed your scheduled pick-up in addition to (1) extra day.
Cancellation of Booking. 3.1 The Hirer can cancel the Hirer’s booking for the Event verbally or by notice in writing to the Association’s contact person: (1) At any time before the Event Date, in which case the Hirer is entitled to a full refund of any part of the Hire Fee paid to the Association, provided the Association has not foregone a hire fee for another potential event. (2) If the Association has foregone a potential Hire Fee and there is insufficient time to secure this hire, the Hirer will be liable for the full Hire Fee in the event of a cancellation. 3.2 The Association can cancel the Hirer’s booking for the Event by verbal or written notice to the Hirer: (1) At any time before the Event Date for any reason, in which case the Association must refund to the Hirer any Hire Fee paid to the Association; or (2) At any time for non-compliance with any term of the Agreement or the Application by the Hirer, in which case: a. The Association is entitled to keep the Hire Fee; and b. The Association is entitled to charge additional fees to cover any cost it incurs as a result of the Hirer’s non-compliance with this Agreement. (3) The Association may also cancel the Hirer’s booking without notice in extreme and unavoidable circumstances. In these cases any fee which has been paid will be refunded to the Hirer. The Association shall not be held liable or required to pay compensation for any loss sustained as a result of or in any way arising out of the cancellation of the hiring.
