CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS. When a position which has been offered in writing is cancelled for reasons of insufficient enrolment in the course in question, and no assistantship of equivalent monetary value is found for the employee, she shall receive one-eighth of the salary for the position as severance pay.
