We will use commercially reasonable efforts to cancel a Payment even if you miss the Cut-Off Time if we have not yet begun processing the Payment if you properly submit a request through the Bill Pay Service, but we are not liable to you for any inability or failure to do so. If you need to cancel a Payment to be made by a paper check after the Cut-Off Time on the scheduled processing date, you must submit a stop payment request to us through the Bill Pay Service. Synovus can cancel or reverse any Payment at any time, including because you have insufficient available funds in your designated Account.
