Description of Online Banking Services. The Online Banking Service enables you to view Account balances and transaction histories, pay bills, transfer funds between Accounts, transfer funds to and from an Account and an external account held at another financial institution, and other Account related tasks (collectively, “Online Banking Services”). We may offer additional or different Online Banking services in the future, all of which will be governed by the Agreement.

Description of Online Banking Services. Online Banking Services may include: • Account balance and transaction display, account statements, check copies, and IRS forms 1098 and 1099 related to interest reporting • Person-to-person payments • Internal funds transfers • Making loan payments • Placing stop payments • Digital Deposits • Bill Pay • Other, additional services offered at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Description of Online Banking Services. The Bank will provide instructions upon request on how to use the Online Banking and bill payment services. You will gain access to your online Accounts through the use of your Internet-enabled device, your ISP, your Password and your User ID. The User ID for each Online Banking login is intended for use by only one user, and is linked to that user's personal information and account access. You may access your online Accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, availability of Online Banking services may be suspended for brief periods of time for purposes of maintenance, updating and revising the software.
Description of Online Banking Services. A. Transfers Transfers can be made between your linked PIB savings accounts or as a payment from any of those accounts to a linked installment loan or mortgage. The completion of a transfer is subject to the availability of sufficient funds at the time of final processing. If you do not have enough available funds, you may incur a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee. Please refer to the applicable account agreement and fee schedule for details. Transfers you submit from a savings account are immediately reflected in your balances for that account. Transfers entered before the cut-off time of 4:00 Palau Time on a bank business day are processed on the same bank business day. Transfers entered after the cut-off time or on a non-bank business day are processed on the next bank business day.

To use the Online Banking Services, you must have at least one Account and can be accessed at through our website at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or through our Mobile Device application. Cash Management customers will have to complete an Originator Agreement. Online Banking Services are generally accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for reasonable periods of time for system maintenance. We are not liable for failure to provide access due to a system failure or due to other unforeseen acts. Even in cases where notification is usually required, we may modify, suspend or terminate access to Online Banking Services at any time and for any reason without prior notice, in order to protect the system or your Account.
