ONLINE XXXX PAY SERVICE. (a) The Online Xxxx Pay Service is only available to a Company other than a Public Entity. If such Company has an eligible checking account with Bank, Company may enroll in Online Xxxx Pay, Bank’s xxxx payment service. Online Xxxx Pay allows Company to make payments in United States Dollars from Company’s selected checking account(s) in the Customer Profile (a "Payment Account"). Notwithstanding any other provision herein to the contrary, a Public Entity shall not request, establish or use the Online Xxxx Pay Service in connection with this Agreement. (b) Bank will charge Company’s Payment Account on the date Bank initiates an electronic payment or withdraws funds to cover any requested payment (the "Payment Transmittal Date") Company can only make payments to Payees with U.S.A. addresses. A "Payee" is a person or business Company is paying through Online Xxxx Pay for business purposes. Payments will be remitted electronically to the Payee, depending on whether the Payee is capable of receiving payments electronically, or by check. When using Online Xxxx Pay, Company must send Company’s payment Instructions to Bank at least four (4) business days for payments sent by check and two (2) business days for payments sent electronically before the Due Date. The "Due Date" is the date specified by the Payee's xxxx or invoice. It is Company’s responsibility to schedule Company’s payments in such a manner that payments are delivered on time. Recurring payments must be the same amount each time. Any payment request Company designates for a weekend or holiday will be made on the next business day. (c) Company may change or cancel any requested payment Company has scheduled in advance in accordance with this Agreement if Company sends its change or cancellation Instructions via the Website to Bank before the Cutoff Time on the Payment Transmittal Date for the applicable payment. Company’s changes or cancellations will not be accepted or processed by Bank after the applicable Cutoff Time. Cancellation of a requested payment is not a stop payment order, and there is no service charge for Company’s change or cancellation. To cancel the Online Xxxx Pay service, Company must first cancel all pending scheduled or recurring payments, then cancel this service feature by calling Bank at 0-000-000-0000. ONLINE XXXX PAY SERVICE. We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Z-Tel. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Z-Tel.

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations that it wishes to maintain. 2. Each Party shall administer any universal service obligation that it maintains in a transparent, non-discriminatory, and competitively neutral manner and shall ensure that its universal service obligation is not more burdensome than necessary for the kind of universal service that it has defined.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management
