Cancelling Xxxx Payments. We may cancel a xxxx payment if we have reasonable belief that the payment is fraudulent. If we cancel a payment, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of this action. You may cancel an outstanding xxxx payment at anytime through the Xxxx Pay service. Xxxx payments are considered outstanding until the “SEND ON” date. You can cancel a “Recurring” transaction by verbal or written no later than 3 business days before the “SEND ON” date of the transaction by contacting Customer Service at the address or phone number listed in this agreement. If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and provide it to us within fourteen days. The notice must detail whether the cancellation applies to only one of the recurring transactions, or all transactions in the recurring stream. INTERNET EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS It is important to keep a current Internet email address on file with us, as we use this to communicate important security events about your account to you such as: • Password changes • User ID changes • Internet email address changesAdding New Payees SERVICE TERMINATION We may terminate your participation in Home Banking and/or Xxxx Pay for any reason, at anytime. We will attempt to notify you in advance, but we are not obliged to do so. You may not terminate your participation in Home Banking and/or Xxxx Pay if you have outstanding xxxx payments scheduled. If you have no outstanding xxxx payments you can terminate service participation by calling Northland Area Federal Credit Union at 800-336-2328.

You may call toll- free at 0-000-000-0000 to request a stop payment. If you call, the Credit Union may require you to confirm your stop payment request in writing within fourteen (14) days after the call.

  • Xxxx Payments You may authorize new payment instructions or edit previously authorized payment instructions for xxxx payments that are either periodic and nonrecurring (e.g., payments on merchant charge accounts that vary in amount) or automatic and recurring (e.g., fixed mortgage payments). When you transmit a xxxx payment instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the xxxx payment transaction from the account you designate. We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to such payees as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. The Credit Union will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. If there are insufficient funds in your account to make the xxxx payment request, we may either refuse to make the payment or make the payment and transfer funds from any overdraft protection account you have established. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to process payment instructions that reasonably appear to the Credit Union to be fraudulent or erroneous. The Credit Union will withdraw the designated funds from your account by 9:00am on the date of the scheduled payment if scheduled on a business day. If scheduled on a non-business day, the Credit Union will withdraw the funds by 9:00am on the first business day after the scheduled date. It is your responsibility to schedule your xxxx payments in such a manner that your obligations will be paid on time. You should enter and transmit your xxxx payment instructions at least 10 days before a xxxx is due. You are responsible for any late payments or finance charges that may be imposed as a result of your failure to transmit timely payment authorization. You may cancel or stop payment on periodic xxxx payments and automatic, recurring xxxx payment instructions under certain circumstances. If you discover an error in or want to change a payment instruction (e.g., payment date or payment amount) for a periodic or automatic payment you have already scheduled for transmission through online or mobile banking, you may electronically edit or cancel your payment through online or mobile banking. Your cancellation request must be entered and transmitted before the date you have scheduled for payment. If your request is not entered in time, you will be responsible for the payment. If you wish to place an oral stop payment on an automatic, recurring xxxx payment transaction, the Credit Union must receive your oral stop payment request at least three (3) business days before the next payment is scheduled to be made. You may call the Credit Union at the telephone number set forth in Section 4 (Member Liability) to request a stop payment. If you call, the Credit Union may require you to confirm your stop payment request in writing within 14 days after the call.

  • Payment Terms – Payment in Arrears A. Invoices are to be submitted in arrears to the user agency/department to the ship- to address, unless otherwise directed in this CONTRACT. Payment will be net 30 days after receipt of an invoice in a format acceptable to the County of Orange and verified and approved by the agency/department and subject to routine processing requirements. The responsibility for providing an acceptable invoice rests with the CONTRACTOR.

  • Recurring Payments For subscriptions that renew automatically, Customer authorizes Microsoft to charge Customer’s payment method periodically for each subscription or billing period until the subscription is terminated. By authorizing recurring payments, Customer authorizes Microsoft to process such payments as either electronic debits or fund transfers, or as electronic drafts from the designated bank account (in the case of Automated Clearing House or similar debits), as charges to the designated card account (in the case of credit card or similar payments) (collectively, “Electronic Payments”). If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Microsoft or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable return item, rejection or insufficient funds fee to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and to process any such fees as an Electronic Payment or to invoice Customer for the amount due.

  • Xxxx Payment Service You can arrange, at your option, for the payment of your current, future and recurring bills from your designated Xxxx Pay Account. For Xxxx Payment Service, your Payee list may include utility companies, merchants, financial institutions, insurance companies, individuals, etc. within the United States whom you wish to pay through Xxxx Payment Service. You must include the full name of the Payee and a complete mailing address and telephone number for each Payee, along with your account number with the Payee, the amount of the Payment, and whether the Payment is recurring. The Financial Institution reserves the right to decline to make Payments to certain persons and entities. You agree that any Payment for taxes, Payments that are court-ordered, government payments and Payments outside of the United States are prohibited and you agree that you will not attempt to use the Service to make these types of Payments. On recurring Payments, it is the responsibility of you or your designated authorized users to update Payee account information as necessary to ensure receipt of payment. Payments are posted against your ledger balance, plus the available credit on your overdraft protection, if any, or other line of credit.

  • Automatic Recurring Payments You may use the xxxx payment function to arrange for the automatic payment of bills that have a fixed frequency and amount. Once your automatic xxxx payment arrangements are established, we will make the payments without further requests by you. If the payment due date for an automatic payment falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be made the following business day.

  • Minimum Payments If the Executive’s Termination Date occurs during the Agreement Term for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the following payments, in addition to any payments or benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 5 (other than this paragraph 5(a)) or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law:

  • Sending Payments a. You may send money to another User at your initiation or in response to that User’s request for money. You understand that use of the Zelle® and Other Payment Services by you shall at all times be subject to (i) this Agreement, and (ii) your express authorization at the time of the transaction for us or another Network Financial Institution to initiate a debit entry to your bank account. You understand that when you send the payment, you will have no ability to stop it. When a Sender initiates a Payment Instruction, the Receiver is not required to accept the payment if the Receiver has not enrolled in Zelle®. You agree that you as a Sender will not hold us liable for any damages resulting from a Receiver not enrolling in Zelle®. For the Zelle® Payment Service, you may only cancel a payment if the person to whom you sent the money has not yet enrolled in the Zelle® Payment Service. As to the Zelle® Payment Service, if the person you sent money to has already enrolled with Zelle®, either in the Zelle® Standalone Locations or with a Network Financial Institution, then the money is sent directly to their bank account (except as otherwise provided below) and may not be canceled or revoked. Cancellation is addressed more generally in Section 6 (Payment Cancellation, Stop Payment Requests and Refused Payments) below. You may initiate a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated immediately via Zelle®. Via the Other Payment Services, you may also initiate (a) a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated at a later specified date up to one (1) year, and (b) a recurring series of Payment Instructions to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated on the specified dates. Further details about each of these options can be found on the Site.

  • Xxxx Pay We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for xxxx payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your xxxx payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Xxxx Pay transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of xxxx payments per day.

  • Interest on Delinquent Payments Without waiving any other right or action available to Authority, in the event of default of Company's payment of Rents or other charges hereunder, and in the event Company is delinquent in paying to Authority any Rents or other charges for a period of five (5) days after the payment is due, Authority reserves the right to charge Company interest thereon from the date the Rents or other charges became due to the date of payment at one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law.

  • Delinquent Payments 8F.01 Timely payment of wages and contributions to all trust funds provided for in this Agreement is essential for the protection of the beneficiaries.
