Call Back means calling of an employee to duty after he has reported off duty and before he/she is next scheduled for work. Employees designated for standby duty under Article 28 shall not be eligible for call back.
Call Date means the date specified in the notice to holders required under Section 5(d) as the Call Date.
Call In means the calling in to work at the Employer's request of an employee on an assigned day off as per the posted schedule.
Call Warrant As defined in the recitals.
Call-by-call basis means any method of charging for telecommunications services where the price is measured by individual calls.
Call Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.1 of the Warrant Agent Agreement.
VWAP Purchase Notice means an irrevocable written notice from the Company to the Buyer directing the Buyer to buy Purchase Shares on the VWAP Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1(c) hereof as specified by the Company therein at the applicable VWAP Purchase Price with the applicable VWAP Purchase Share Percentage specified therein.
Call Price If applicable with respect to any Series, as specified in the applicable Supplement.
Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.
Call Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(c) hereof.
call-out /”claim” means each separate request for service or benefit for cover under any section of this RAC Breakdown Cover;
Call and Put Redemption Amount means GBP 1 per Preference Share.
Mandatory Purchase Notice means, in connection with the Mandatory Purchase of VRDP Shares, a notice substantially in the form attached to the VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement as Exhibit B, delivered by the Fund or the Tender and Paying Agent on behalf of the Fund to the Holders and the Liquidity Provider in accordance with the VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement specifying a Mandatory Purchase Date.
Call Right The right of the holder thereof (or any successor), as named in the applicable Supplement, to purchase Certificates from the Holders thereof or to purchase Underlying Securities from the Trust.
Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.
basic subscription privilege means a privilege to subscribe for the number or amount of securities set out in a rights certificate held by the holder of the rights certificate;
Call and Put Period means the period commencing on and including the Issue Date to and including the day after 24 June 2021 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day.
Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), Clause 10.3(d) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.
Repurchase Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6(a).
Call Rights As defined in Section 9.01(f).
Purchase Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.
Redemption Call Purchase Price has the meaning set out in Section 5.2(a).
Put Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and tender of the specified underlying Securities, to sell such Securities to the writer thereof for the exercise price.
Regular Purchase Notice means, with respect to any Regular Purchase pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, an irrevocable written notice from the Company to the Investor directing the Investor to buy such applicable amount of Purchase Shares at the applicable Purchase Price as specified by the Company therein on the Purchase Date.
Applicable Par Call Date means with respect to the 2024 Notes, March 2, 2024, and with respect to the 2029 Notes, July 1, 2029.
Retraction Call Right has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Exchangeable Share Provisions;
