Candidate Qualification and Submittal Sample Clauses

Candidate Qualification and Submittal. DISYS’ Candidate Qualification Process is two-fold. First, DISYS Recruiters work to obtain a candidate’s commitment to the open position, then work to prepare a candidate for submittal to the client. After confirming interest in the position, and obtaining a commitment to interview and (if necessary) accept a position, we prepare candidates for interviews that will take place at the client site. Preparing candidates gives a clear understanding of expectations (from DISYS and the client), an opportunity to further assess a candidate’s suitability. This Preparation Phase includes the following: Logistics – DISYS Recruiters prepare candidates for client interviews by sharing logistics information as soon as possible. Logistical information can includes interview location, time of arrival, transportation directions, acceptable attire, key people, and estimated interview duration. On the day of the interview, a DISYS employee is on site to escort the candidate to the correct location and meet relevant client personnel. Preparatory Call – Prior to the interview, DISYS Recruiters share as much in-depth information as possible with the candidate regarding the client’s technical and cultural environment, project scope, managerial landscape, and other inta...
