Canteen catering. The Employer shall ensure company catering for its staff. For shift-run operations, frozen meals are available. Company catering will be ensured on a vendor-managed basis as per contract concluded. The Employer shall provide for the feasibility of having meals heated at the worksite; moreover, drink-preparation facilities shall be available. Employees opting for Paleta scheme catering using catering vouchers are not eligible to frozen meals. For a subsidized main-course meal served in the canteen, the Employer provides CZK 36 per meal. The supplementary payment up to the full price the meal is covered by the Employee. The number of meals subsidized by the Employer depends on the monthly amount of working hours. In case of overtime, each 7.5 hours delivered overtime mean an entitlement to another subsidized meal.

A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Outdoor Lighting 3.8.1 Lighting shall be directed to driveways, parking areas, loading area, building entrances and walkways and shall be arranged so as to divert the light away from streets, adjacent lots and buildings.

  • Gaming, betting and lotteries The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to the premises in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries.

  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.
