Capability 6 – Information sharing is the ability to conduct multijurisdictional and multidisciplinary exchange of health-related information and situational awareness data among federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial levels of government and the private sector. This capability includes the routine sharing of information as well as issuing of public health alerts to all levels of government and the private sector in preparation for and in response to events or incidents of public health significance.

Constructability Program 5.2.1 Implement and conduct a constructability program to identify and document Project cost and schedule savings opportunities. The constructability program shall follow accepted industry practices and be reviewed by Owner at design milestones. Whenever the term “value engineering” is used in conjunction with this Agreement or the Project, it has its commonly accepted meaning within the construction industry and does not imply the practice of professional engineering without a license. If any value engineering activities constitute the professional practice of engineering, then such activities shall be performed by an engineer licensed in Texas.
Personnel Capabilities The Applicant should list down personnel of minimum qualification as specified in the Qualification Criteria
Financial Capability At Closing, the Investor will have available funds necessary to consummate the Closing on the terms and conditions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risks of its prospective investment in the Purchased Shares and can afford the complete loss of such investment.
Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.
Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.
Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.
Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services
Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011.
