Capacity Supply. (a) Camden shall arrange for Capacity to be made available to EPME, which may include, at Camden's option, Capacity provided by the Camden Facility or from other sources of such Capacity, such that EPME shall be credited by PJM with at least one hundred and forty-nine (149) MW per day of such Capacity credits through the end of the term of the Mirror PPA. Camden shall take all necessary steps utilizing PJM's "eCapacity" mechanism, or as otherwise may be required by PJM, such that EPME's account with PJM shall reflect such Capacity credits as of the Effective Date of the Mirror PPA and at all times throughout the term thereof. EPME agrees to cooperate with Camden in making any submittals required by PJM.

Capacity Supply. (a) Bayonne shall arrange for Capacity to be made available to EPME, which may include, at Bayonne's option, Capacity provided by the Bayonne Facility or from other sources of such Capacity, such that EPME shall be credited by PJM with at least forty (40) MW per day of such Capacity credits through and including October 31, 2008 or the earlier termination of the Mirror PPA. Bayonne shall take all necessary steps utilizing PJM's "eCapacity" mechanism, or as otherwise may be required by PJM, such that EPME's account with PJM shall reflect such Capacity credits as of the Effective Date of the Mirror PPA and at all times throughout the term thereof. EPME agrees to cooperate with Bayonne in making any submittals required by PJM.

  • Delivery Points The measurement of and tests for quality of Shipper's Gas redelivered at the Delivery Points shall be governed by and determined in accordance with the requirements of the receiving pipeline at each Delivery Point.

  • Delivery Point Once Manufacture of the Products has been completed, Contractor shall be responsible for delivering the Finished Goods FCA, (as defined in Incoterms (2000) published by the International Chamber of Commerce) and to a freight forwarder specified by Company in its Order, or otherwise approved by Company. “Delivery Point” as used in this Agreement shall mean the specific time and location that the Product is delivered to the shipper specified on the Order.

  • Engineering Services The Borrower’s Engineer will provide engineering services covering planning and design, operation of the System, and the supervision and inspection of the construction of the Project. The Borrower’s Engineer will provide to the Department the certificate required by Section 3.4.

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • Delivery Pressure Seller shall be required to deliver or cause delivery of the Gas to the Point of Delivery and for delivering such Gas at a pressure sufficient to effect such delivery. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller shall have the right but not the obligation to install compression to effect deliveries of Gas hereunder.

  • Billing Services Manager shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following billing services to P.C.:

  • Pricing Services Chase may use any pricing service referred to in an applicable MSLA and any other recognized pricing service (including itself and any of its affiliates) in order to perform its valuation responsibilities with respect to Securities, Collateral and Authorized Investments, and Lender shall hold Chase harmless from and against any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a result of errors or omissions of any such pricing service.

If requested by Client, classroom training in the use and operation of Fiserv Services will be provided at a training facility designated by Fiserv. All such training aids and manuals remain Fiserv's property.
