Care in other Health Plan Regions. If our contract with any Plan Provider terminates, for reasons unrelated to fraud, patient abuse, incompetence, or loss of licensure status, while you are under the care of that Plan Provider, you may continue to see that provider and we will retain financial responsibility for covered Services you receive, in excess of any applicable Copayments, Coinsurance or Deductibles for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date we have notified you of the Plan Provider’s termination.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State.
