CARE OF A FAMILY MEMBER. An employee shall be entitled to unpaid leave of up to twelve (12) weeks to care for a seriously ill parent, child, or spouse who suffers a serious health condition that is a condition requiring hospitalization or on-going care by or supervised by a licensed physician, surgeon, podiatrist, dentist, clinical psychologist, optometrist, chiropractor, nurse practitioner, nurse-midwife or Christian Science Practitioner to the extent set forth in the FMLA regulations, 29 CFR Part 825.
