Career Educator. Educators in the Career Educator level participate in a three-year cycle. A Summative Evaluation, using a variety of data/information including student learning is conducted during the third year of the three-year cycle and provides the educator with feedback on all six of the educator standards and indicators. Specific dates and requirements are outlined in the Appraisal Brochure (Appendix C, Negotiated Agreement).
