Career Mentorship. Career mentorship is a purely formative process focussing on growth and success that supports academic staff members in the development of the research, teaching, and service components of their careers. The intent of career mentorship is to support academic staff members in achieving their academic and career goals. No records emanating from career mentorship meetings shall become part of the member’s official file.
