Career Service Recognition Payment. A Director with ten (10) years of service in the District, giving three (3) months notice of retirement or one (1) month notice of severance, shall receive a $1,000 Career Service Payment for each year of service in the District to the Director’s Health Care Saving Plan (HCSP), no later than sixty (60) days following severance.
