Carpet Cleaning Fee. Do not shampoo or hire anyone to shampoo the carpets. YOU MUST VACUUM THE CARPETS THOUGH. Tenant(s) agree a non-refundable $0.30 per square foot ($85 minimum) will be charged to your deposit for professional carpet cleaning. If necessary, charges in addition to the rate above will be billed for excessive soiling, spotting, stains and deodorizing, as well as vacuuming and litter removal.
