Leading Hand Allowance. A person appointed as a leading hand shall be paid at the rate of the undermentioned hourly amounts above the hourly rates of the highest classification supervised in accordance with the number of persons supervised. In charge of not more than one person $0.38 per hour In charge of two and not more than five persons $0.83 per hour In charge of six and not more than 10 persons $1.06 per hour In charge of more than 10 persons $1.41 per hour
Leading Hand Allowance. A person specifically appointed, in writing, by the Company to be a leading hand will be paid for all- purposes, which will increase in line with wage escalations. In charge of not less than three (3) and not more than six (6) persons $30.00 In charge of more than six (6) and not more than ten (10) persons $38.00
Leading Hand Allowance. An employee specifically appointed by the company as a Leading Hand shall be paid as provided hereunder and this amount shall form part of the employees all purpose rate:
a) if placed in charge of not less than 3 and not more than 9 other employees b) if placed in charge of not less than 10 and not more than 20 other employees c) if placed in charge of more than 20 other employees $0.62 per hour $0.95 per hour $1.23 per hour
Leading Hand Allowance. Where employees are appointed by the Company to be in charge of other employees the following flat payments shall be made per shift worked in such capacity: When in charge of 2 - 9 other employees $10.00 When in charge of 10 or more other employees $15.00 For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no industrial action taken by the employees or relevant Union bound by this agreement in relation to the quantum of the leading hand allowance.
Leading Hand Allowance. 1-10 employees = $35 per week. 10 + employees = $55 per week.
Leading Hand Allowance. 43.2.1 A leading hand is an Employee who is given by the Employer, or the Employer's agent, the responsibility of directing and/or supervising the work of one or more other persons. A person specifically appointed to be a leading hand, will be paid for all purposes, the leading hand allowance appropriate for the number of persons in the Employee's charge. Additionally, a leading hand will be paid at the hourly rate of the highest classification supervised or the Employee's own hourly rate, whichever is the highest. Leading Hand allowance shall be paid at the rates provided in the table of allowances.

Leading Hand Allowance. In addition to the appropriate total wage prescribed in this clause a leading hand appointed in writing as such by the Employer, shall be paid one of the following all purpose allowances:
a) If placed in charge of not less than three and not more than six other employees $30.41 per week; or
b) If placed in charge of more than six and not more than ten other employees $38.81 per week.
Leading Hand Allowance. A Leading Hand is one who is directed to control, supervise and take responsibility for the work performed by two or more Employees.
