End of Occupancy. Resident is expected to occupy Resident’s assigned room or apartment for the applicable period specified in this housing contract. Resident is expected to move out within twenty-four (24) hours after Resident’s last scheduled final examination or within 24 hours after the last scheduled final examination listed on the official University calendar, whichever is later.

i. Residence Halls, Residential Colleges, and Northgate apartments— The Resident may continue to occupy the assigned space for 24 hours after the completion of the Resident’s last scheduled final examination or until 12:00p.m. CT on the day immediately following the last scheduled final examination according to the official University calendar, whichever is earlier. The Resident is expected to vacate the assigned space at that time. If this contract is terminated before the end of the contract period, the Resident may occupy the assigned room no later than 48 hours after the Resident is notified of the termination. These deadlines may be adjusted at the discretion of Student Housing.
End of Occupancy. No later than the last Day of Virgin’s occupancy of the Facilities, the Authority will cause the preparation of a Phase I environmental site assessment or an update to any existing Phase I environmental site assessment of the Property that was prepared no more than twelve months before the date of the update (“Exit ESA”). The Authority may include the cost of the Exit ESA as a part of the User Fees under this Lease. If the Exit ESA reveals Virgin’s non-compliance with any Environmental Law, the provisions of this Lease relating to “Site Contamination” will apply.

End of Occupancy. At least thirty (30) days prior to the final vacating of Leased Premises in connection with the termination or expiration of this Agreement, City shall obtain an environmental assessment sufficient to assess site impacts associated with Airline’s occupancy, operations or activities on Leased Premises. The documented cost of the end of occupancy audit shall be paid through normal City rates and charges. City shall provide Airline reasonable opportunity to consult with and provide comments to City on any such environmental assessment. Any Contamination on Leased Premises that is caused by Airline’s occupancy, operations, or activities at the Airport disclosed in the environmental assessment prepared at the termination of this Agreement shall be the responsibility of Airline, and Airline shall be obligated promptly to effect the Remediation of such environmental contamination in accordance with this Article 13, as provided for in Section 13.03.
End of Occupancy. At the end of the occupancy period, upon termination of this agreement, or upon notice from the Office of Residence Life the resident must vacate the space and follow proper check-out procedures as published in the Guide to Residence Living. Failure to check-out properly will result in a $25 charge for administrative costs. At the conclusion of their occupancy, residents are responsible for the removal of all personal property from their assigned room or unassigned common locations. Failure to remove personal belongings within 48 hours of the conclusion of the occupancy will result in a removal charge being assessed and the forfeiture of such property to be disposed of by the University at its discretion.
