Carry-Over Provisions. Employees are only permitted to carry-over those vacation leave credits which can be earned in one vacation year, except where the employee has not been granted the vacation leave requested. Annual leave credits which have been carried over and which exceed one (1) year entitlement will be liquidated in cash at the end of the vacation year.
