Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such safe or property in any case.   • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • Civil Penalty Payment Method Xxxxxxxxx shall pay the civil penalty by check, credit card, wire transfer, or portal, payable to CARB, using instructions provided separately by CARB in a Payment Transmittal Form. Xxxxxxxxx is responsible for all payment processing fees. Payments shall be accompanied by the Payment Transmittal Form to ensure proper application. CARB shall deposit the civil penalty amount into the Air Pollution Control Fund for the purpose of carrying out CARB’s duties and functions to ensure the integrity of its air pollution control programs. Should payment instructions change, CARB will provide notice to Xxxxxxxxx in accordance with Paragraph 12 (Notices).

  • Civil Penalty Payment Pursuant to Health and Safety Code§ 25249.7(b)(2), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the Notice or referred to in this Settlement Agreement, XXXX agrees to pay Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) in civil penalties.
