ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY. 2.1.1 As part of a process of improvement in productivity and efficiency, discussion should take place at each enterprise to provide more flexible working arrangements, improvement in the quality of working life, enhancement of skills, training and job satisfaction and to encourage consultative mechanisms across the workplace.

Enhanced Enterprise Flexibility is to be achieved over the life of this Agreement through such initiatives as the revised classification structure and will utilise those consultative mechanisms as contained in Clause 10 of this Agreement. Enhanced workplace practices and employee relations are to be agreed through the Consultative Committee process.
