ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY a) All employees will carry out lawful directions and duties that are within their skill, competency and training provided the employee is capable of performing the work in a safe manner. b) Where it is identified that different working arrangements to those provided in this Agreement will allow greater flexibility and/or increased productivity, agreement may be reached with the majority of the workforce in the area or areas concerned to implement different arrangements.

ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY. 2.1.1 As part of a process of improvement in productivity and efficiency, discussion should take place at each enterprise to provide more flexible working arrangements, improvement in the quality of working life, enhancement of skills, training and job satisfaction and to encourage consultative mechanisms across the workplace. 2.1.2 The consultative processes established in an enterprise in accordance with clause 2.1 may provide an appropriate mechanism for consideration of matters relevant to clause 2.1.1.

ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY. Where an employer or employees wish to pursue an agreement at the enterprise or workplace about how part b of this agreement should be varied so as to make the enterprise or workplace operate more efficiently according to its particular needs the following process must apply: 2.1.1 A consultative mechanism and procedures appropriate to the size, structure and needs of the enterprise or workplace must be established. 2.1.2 For the purpose of the consultative process the employees may nominate the Union or another representative to represent them 2.1.3 Where agreement is reached an application will be made to the appropriate body.
