Catastrophic/Calamitous Leave Bank Committee. The joint Association/District Catastrophic Leave Bank Committee shall consist of four (4) members. Two (2) will be appointed by the Association, and two (2) will be from the District Cabinet. A quorum shall exist when three (3) members are present for the meeting. The Chair of the committee shall be an Association member. Approval of leave shall be by majority vote of the committee.
