Categories and Criteria. Community Aesthetic Features, as defined in Section 9.1, consist of four categories: • Stand-Alone Public Art • Add-On/ Affixed Public Art • Stand-Alone Local ID Marker • Add-On/ Affixed Local ID Marker While there are some criteria unique to each category, all Community Aesthetic Features must meet the following criteria:
