Common use of CATEGORISATION Clause in Contracts

CATEGORISATION. If you fall into this group, which KPN Contact will determine on the basis of your work, your employment conditions will be those stated in this Chapter. Are you placed within this group as at 31 October 2014? If so, you will be placed in the General group as of 1 November 2014, from which time the specific employment conditions of Chapter 8 will apply to you, as will a number of specific transitional arrangements set out in this Collective Agreement.

CATEGORISATION. If you fall into this group, which KPN Contact will determine on the basis of your work, your employment conditions will be those stated in this Chapter. Are you placed within in this group as at 31 October 20142014 and do you have job code SSS11 (regional manager) on that date? If so, you will be placed in the General group as of 1 November 2014, from which time the specific employment conditions of Chapter 8 and (if relevant) the transitional arrangements under Article 10.12 will apply to youyou instead, as will a number therefore, of the other specific transitional arrangements set out in employment conditions under this Collective AgreementChapter.

Are you placed within this group as at 31 October 2014? If so, Then as of 1 November 2014 you will be placed in either the General or Customer Expert group as on the basis of 1 November 2014the nature of your work including the criteria set out in Appendix 20, from which time date the specific employment conditions of Chapter 8 for the relevant group will apply to you, as will a number of specific . If you fall within the General group the transitional arrangements set out in this Collective Agreementunder Appendix 19 also apply to you.
