Causes for Disciplinary Action. The extent of disciplinary action would depend on the seriousness of the situation. Bringing intoxicants into or consuming intoxicants in the mill or on mill premises. Reporting for duty under influence of liquor. Disobedience. Smoking in prohibited areas. Deliberate destruction or removal of Company's or another employee's property. Neglect of duty. Refusal to comply with Company rules, provided that such rules shall be posted in a conspicuous place where they may be read by all employees or given to each employee in booklet form, and further that no rules shall apply that are inconsistent with this Agreement; and further provided, that any existing or new rules or changes in rules may be the subject of discussion between the Standing Committee and the Resident Manager, and in the case of disagreement, the procedure for other grievances shall apply.
