CDR Records. Analytics stores engagements in 3 database tables • CDR_CUSTOMER_ENGAGEMENT - summary information for every customer engagement. • DR_CUSTOMER_CONTACT - gives details of each contact during an engagement with the customer. • CDR_AGENT_SEGMENT - details of each segment with in a contact. CDR records are built off the WAI events.
