Certain Charges. Trustor agrees to pay Beneficiary for each statement of Beneficiary as to the obligations secured hereby, furnished at Trustor's request, the maximum fee allowed by law, or if there be no maximum fee, then such reasonable fee as is charged by Beneficiary as of the time said statement is furnished. Trustor further agrees to pay the charges of Beneficiary for any other service rendered Trustor, or on its behalf, connected with this Deed of Trust or the indebtedness secured hereby, including, without limitation, the delivery to an escrow holder of a request for full or partial reconveyance of this Deed of Trust, transmitting to an escrow holder moneys secured hereby, changing its records pertaining to this Deed of Trust and indebtedness secured hereby to show a new owner of the Mortgaged Property, and replacing an existing policy of insurance held hereunder with another such policy.
Certain Charges. Each Seller and the Company agree that late charge revenue, reversals of discounts, other fees and charges and other similar items, whenever created, accrued in respect of Purchased Receivables shall be the property of the Company notwithstanding the occurrence of an Early Termination and all Collections with respect thereto shall continue to be allocated and treated as Collections in respect of Purchased Receivables.
Certain Charges. The Originators and the Purchaser hereby agree that late charge revenue, reversals of discounts, other fees and charges and other similar items, whenever created, accrued in respect of Receivables shall be the property of the Purchaser notwithstanding the occurrence of an Early Termination and all Collections with respect thereto shall continue to be allocated and treated as Collections in respect of the Receivables transferred, conveyed, assigned and sold to the Purchaser pursuant to Clause 2 hereof.

Dealer will: (a) reimburse DFS for all charges made by banks, including charges for collection of checks and other items of payment, and (b) pay DFS' fees for transfers of funds to or from the Dealer. DFS may, from time to time, announce its fees for transfers of funds to or from the Dealer, including the issuance of Electronic Transfers. 3.7
Certain Charges. Eurocontrol (or any authority on its behalf) or any other authority with jurisdiction over Lessee or the Aircraft notifies Lessor that there are Eurocontrol charges or other navigation, landing, airport or similar charges due from Lessee, and such charges remain outstanding for a period of the longer of (i) thirty days from the date of receipt by Lessee of notice from Lessor that it has received such notice from Eurocontrol or any such other aviation authority and (ii) any payment period applicable pursuant to agreement between Lessee and the relevant aviation authority and the failure to pay such charges could reasonably be expected to result in a material risk of a Security Interest on the Aircraft; provided that: (i) no Event of Default shall arise under this paragraph (q) for so long as such charges are being contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings, an adequate bond has been provided and such proceedings do not involve any danger of the detention, interference with use or operation or sale, forfeiture or loss of the Aircraft; and (ii) such thirty day period shall not apply if there is any risk of detention, interference with use or operation or sale, forfeiture or loss of the Aircraft; or

The Contributor and the Company hereby agree that late charge revenue, reversals of discounts, other fees and charges and other similar items, whenever created, accrued in respect of a Contributed Receivable shall be the property of the Company notwithstanding the occurrence of an Early Originator Termination or Early Program Termination and all Collections with respect thereto shall continue to be allocated and treated as Collections in respect of such Contributed Receivable.
