The Employee acknowledges that the restrictions specified in Sections 4, 5, and 6 of this Agreement are reasonable in view of the nature of the business in which the Company is engaged, the Employee's position with the Company, the previous relationship between the Company and the X. X. Xxxx Group and the Employee's knowledge of the Company's business. The Employee recognizes that the amount of his compensation reflects his Agreement in Sections 4, 5, and 6, and acknowledges that he will not be subject to undue hardship by reason of his agreements set forth in Sections 4, 5, and 6.
