Certificates and Other Requirements. Prior to execution of this Agreement and annually thereafter during the term, Buyer may request that Licensor furnish to Buyer a certificate of insurance evidencing the coverages set forth above. Licensor’s Commercial General Liability and any umbrella insurance relied upon to meet the obligations in this Section will be primary and non-contributory coverage and the policies will not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations.
