Cessation of charges. Distribution Services charges apply in respect of an ICP from the ‘start date’ to the ‘end date’ in the EIEP1 files provided by the Retailer, and for the avoidance of doubt the ‘end date’ in the EIEP1 files must comply with clauses 39 and 40 of EIEP1.
