CETA Employees. In the event a CETA employee becomes a regular employee of the County, their seniority date, for job posting, vacation preference, and "bumping" purposes will begin on the first day of regular employment. Coverage for fringe benefits already in effect will be continuous from the effective date of coverage as a CETA employee.
