Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary of Joint Committee. 11.1 The Chair of the Joint Committee will be appointed from time to time by the members of the Joint Committee. The Chair of the Joint Committee shall be selected annually by election by the Joint Committee but the Chair may be re-elected for a further term.
