CHAIRING OF JOINT COMMITTEE. The Vice Chairman shall preside in the absence of the Chairman. If there is a quorum of members present but neither the Chairman nor the Vice-Chairman is present at a meeting of the Joint Committee, the other members of the Joint Committee shall choose one of the members of the Joint Committee to preside at the meeting.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.
