CHALLENGE QUESTIONS. In addition to using your username and password to confirm your identity, Mission Fed utilizes additional security measures to authenticate your identity. You will be required to select challenge questions from a list provided when you first login to Online Banking, as well as provide answers to each of those questions. When providing answers to the challenge questions please remember that you, or other joint members, will need to provide the exact answer in the same format if that question is presented for identity confirmation. You will be asked challenge questions when the Service deems additional authentication is needed for account access. You should safeguard your challenge question answers in the same manner as your password. Select Services also feature enhanced security measures, such as Password Reset, which allows you or a joint member to reset your password online should you forget it.

You will be required to select challenge questions from a list provided when you first register, as well as provide answers to each of those questions. To help protect your Account, you will be asked challenge questions periodically based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to resetting your password. You should safeguard your challenge question answers in the same manner as your password.
CHALLENGE QUESTIONS. During the initial login process, you will choose three (3) multi-factor authentication challenge questions. These questions are used to verify your identity when accessing the Business Online Banking service and UBT Biz Mobile application. You agree to keep the challenge questions and answers confidential. You should not select answers that are common knowledge to others or could be guessed by viewing your profile, pictures, or posts on social media websites. Log-On Security. You will be required to enter your Access ID and password each time you log on to the Business Online Banking service or UBT Biz Mobile application. You will be prompted to answer a challenge question or to receive a one- time authentication code to the email address associated with your user profile. If a Token has been issued to you, you will be required to enter the one-time code displayed on the token plus a four digit PIN Number in addition to your username.
CHALLENGE QUESTIONS. After you enter your Access ID on a non-registered computer, you can choose to answer a Challenge Question or get a one-time Passcode emailed to the address in the bank’s records. You must either correctly answer the Challenge Question or enter the correct one-time Passcode to access your accounts. For security purposes, it is recommended that you memorize the answers to your Challenge Questions and do not write them down. We also recommend that you change your Challenge Questions regularly to try and avoid misappropriation by a third party. All can be changed at our Online Banking site. You are responsible for keeping your Challenge Questions confidential and keeping your email address on record at the bank up-to-date.

Standard payment terms are Net 30 days.   • Errors, Questions, and Complaints a. In case of errors or questions about your transactions, you should as soon as possible contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. b. If you think your periodic statement for your account is incorrect or you need more information about a transaction listed in the periodic statement for your account, we must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after we send you the applicable periodic statement for your account that identifies the error. You must: 1. Tell us your name; 2. Describe the error or the transaction in question, and explain as clearly as possible why you believe it is an error or why you need more information; and, 3. Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. c. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send your complaint in writing within ten (10) Business Days after your oral notification. Except as described below, we will determine whether an error occurred within ten (10) Business Days after you notify us of the error. We will tell you the results of our investigation within three (3) Business Days after we complete our investigation of the error, and will correct any error promptly. However, if we require more time to confirm the nature of your complaint or question, we reserve the right to take up to forty-five (45) days to complete our investigation. If we decide to do this, we will provisionally credit your Eligible Transaction Account within ten (10) Business Days for the amount you think is in error.
