Mission Fed. “us” or “we” refers to Mission Federal Credit Union. The words “you”, “your”, and “signer(s)” refer to you, the member(s)/owner(s)/signer(s), as well as anyone you permit to access your account(s). These Agreement and Disclosures contains the terms of our agreement with you. When you sign the Membership Application, you and each joint member or authorized signer on your account agrees this, and any other account you have with us, is subject to all Agreements and Disclosures, to applicable fee and rate schedules, and to our bylaws, policies, and procedures. If any provision of these Agreements is deemed void or invalid, the rest of these Agreements will remain in full force and effect. If there is any conflict between these Agreements and Disclosures and information provided by an employee or representative of Mission Fed, you agree these Agreements and Disclosures govern.

The words “eTax Form(s)” or “Tax Form(s)” refers to the electronic version of your Mission Federal Credit Union informational tax form. “Electronic Communications” include, but are not limited to, any and all current and future notices and disclosures that we provide to you electronically, as well as documents, statements, data, records and all other communications regarding your relationship with Mission Fed. All agreements, disclosures, rules and regulations applicable to your Account including other agreements you have with Mission Fed, now or in the future, remain in effect and are made a part of this Agreement by reference unless specifically modified. In some circumstances, we are required by law to notify you of changes to this Agreement, and at other times notification may not be required.

The words “eNotice” or “notices” refers to the electronic version of notices, disclosures and communications related to your account. “Electronic Communications” includes, but is not limited to, any and all current and future notices and disclosures that we provide to you electronically, as well as documents, statements, data, records and all other communications regarding your relationship with Mission Fed. All agreements, disclosures, rules and regulations applicable to your account, including other agreements you have with Mission Fed, now or in the future, remain in effect and are made a part of this Agreement by reference unless specifically modified.

  • Firm Transmission Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 19.3 and Tariff, Part III, section 32.3.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Transmission System Operator means a natural or legal person responsible for operating, ensuring the maintenance of and, if necessary, developing the transmission system in a given area and, where applicable, its interconnections with other systems, and for ensuring the long-term ability of the system to meet reasonable demands for the transmission of electricity;

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • S&P CDO Monitor Test A test that will be satisfied on any date of determination (following receipt, at any time on or after the S&P CDO Monitor Election Date, by the Issuer and the Collateral Administrator of the Class Break-even Default Rates for each S&P CDO Monitor input file (in accordance with the definition of “Class Break-even Default Rate”)) if, after giving effect to a proposed sale or purchase of an additional Collateral Obligation, the Class Default Differential of the Highest Ranking Class of the Proposed Portfolio is positive. The S&P CDO Monitor Test will be considered to be improved if the Class Default Differential of the Proposed Portfolio that is not positive is greater than the corresponding Class Default Differential of the Current Portfolio.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.
